Born in Zamora, Julio has already graduated as an International Relations student in URJC and is now studying a Masters in EU Studies in USAL. Julio feels an immense predilection for URJCmun, of which Team he was a part of in its 8th Edition; and that’s why he has decided to take the gavel once again to impart nice punishments to his delegates in this new edition.
Leandro Liistro is engaged in a double degree in International Labour Law and European law between Milan and Paris. He also took part in an exchange program in Madrid. That is why he can speak French and Spanish fluently, but also English and German an is currently engaged in learning Mandarin. Regarding his MUN experience, he has taken part in several conferences since he was 14, being awarded several diplomas, both as a Delegate and Chair.
