LINA BACHOUCHI

Chair

Lina Bachouci is an International Studies student at the Carlos III University in Madrid. Originally from Rabat, Morocco, this is her third year in Madrid pursuing her degree and discovering Spanish culture. She began her MUN journey six years ago while beginning high school, where she found a passion for the debate and political world. She has participated in more than fifteen conferences worldwide as a delegate, ambassador, chair and organizer. Lina is eager to continue and do more Model UNs in Spain where she can interact and learn from people with different backgrounds and opinions as her. In 10 years, Lina hopes that she'll be in another country working in something related to that same field. She is more than honored to participate yet again to URJCmun, this time as a chair for the UNHCR committee, and is excited to make the most out of this experience.

VIRNA PÉREZ GARNIER

Co-Chair

Virna Valeria Calvo Rossi is an International Relations second-year student in Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She´s from Guayaquil, Ecuador where she grew up and lived until 2020 when she decided to go to Madrid to continue her studies. Is worth saying that she has fallen in love with Spain, its culture, its people and the way they see the world. She has always been interested in learning about other cultures, religions, history and more. Also, politics, law and justice were never strangers to her. Her experience in MUNs was born when she was 16. Since then, she has grown as a person. She learned how to debate, express her ideas and turn them into reality. Always supported by her family in all of her crazy ideas. She sees herself in 10 years working in a multinational company, working with people from different countries, learning as much as she can to eventually go back to Ecuador and apply everything she would learn and help in the development of her country.
